Financial services can help support society’s transition to a low carbon economy, and we recognize the need to do our part. We have taken steps to reduce the environmental footprint of our direct operations.
Our Green Partners
Our headquarters is certified LEED, and we continue to purchase a diverse portfolio of carbon credits to help address our emissions. We also collaborate with several organizations to protect the environment.

ESG Committee
The Associate ESG Committee evaluates how we are currently addressing ESG issues and identifies areas for continued improvement.
Charitable Giving and Volunteering
We encourage our associates to support nonprofit charitable organizations and give back to the communities where they live and work. To boost the impact of these contributions, Cboe matches associates donations to eligible organizations up to $15,000 per associate per year. We also recognize the immense value of our associates’ time and promote getting involved in our communities through paid volunteer and community service days.

Governance is embedded in the operations of our company. Our Board recognizes that operating in a responsible manner helps promote the long-term interests of our organization, stockholders, associates, industry and community.
Risk Management Through Technology
At its foundation, our business is enabled by best-in-class technology, powering our markets, data platforms, and investment solutions. In 2024, Cboe maintained 100% uptime across 27 of 30 platforms globally. Across all 30 platforms, Cboe achieved greater than 98% uptime in 2024.
